- We are not responsible for mechanical, physical, or electronic damage.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Same-day cancellations incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- We are not responsible for any items left in the car. Please remove all personal belongings before service.
- If you would like us to remove your belongings for you, there is an additional $10 fee.
- We strive to remove all stains; however, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
- Not Satisfied? We offer 10% refund for unsatisfied customers.
- For smooth service processing, we kindly request that all payments be made upfront.
