Our Policies
We kindly ask that you review the following policies before using our services:
- We are not responsible for mechanical, physical, or electronic damage.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- There is a 50$ cancellation fees for same day cancellation.
- We are not responsible for any missing items in the car.
- All your belongings needs to be taken out from the car before hand if needs to be cleaned.
- If the customer wants us to take out all the belongings it would be additional 10$.
- We will try our best to get the car in best shape but it’s not 100% guaranteed. And also not all the stains will fade.
- Please make sure you are satisfied with the results before the technician leaves.
- For the processing of services, we kindly request that all payments to be made upfront.
Once your appointment is confirmed you will be responsible to read the policies. We are not responsible if you didn’t read them.
